Ingredients

  1. banana bread/cake
  2. 4 bananas
  3. 1/2 cup butter
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 1/4 tsp baking soda or powder (never use both together
  7. 1 1/2 flour
  8. 1 tsp vanilla
  9. 1 tsp cinnamon

Steps

  1. preheat oven to 200°C  
  2. add vanilla, mix  
  3. mix softened butter, sugar, and eggs together until creamy smooth  
  4. in separate bowl mash up the bananas until smooth and add to wet mixture and mix it very well  
  5. in separate bowl mix the dry ingredients and slowly and the dry to the wet little by little as you mix.  
  6. pour into a greased pan and bake for about a half hour or until cooked at 250°C
