√ Apple Cinnamon Bread Recipe

Ingredients

12 servings

  1. 1 Granny Smith Apple (although any kind will work)
  2. 2 cup All purpose flour
  3. 1 cup White granulated sugar
  4. 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  5. 3 tbsp Sour cream
  6. 1 tsp Baking soda
  7. 2 tsp Cinnamon
  8. 1 tsp Salt
  9. 4 Eggs
  10. 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  11. 1/2 cup Olive or vegetable oil

Steps

60 mins

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.  
  2. Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda in a large bowl and set aside.  
  3. Mix eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla extract together in a smaller bowl.  
  4. Dice Apple into small pieces.  
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients together then fold in Apple.  
  6. Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Batter should be thick and similar to a soft dough.  
  7. Bake for an hour. Let cool for 20 minutes and enjoy.
