√ Banana Bread Recipe with Cake Mix

Ingredients

  1. 3 ripe bananas
  2. 1 box yellow cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
  3. 2 eggs

Steps

45 mins

  1. Preheat thr oven to 350°F,  
  2. Smash bananas in a large bowl, then add eggs, cake mix and mix well.  
  3. Spray 2 small loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan with non stick cooking spray.  
  4. Fill the pans (or pan) with batter.  
  5. Bake for 35-40 mins, you might need to bake longer if using 1 loaf pan.
