- 1 12oz.- bag of bread cubes
- 1 cup celery (diced)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 4oz. sticks butter ( melted)
- 3 medium potatoed peeled- chopped- cooked
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or dried
- 2 tbsp sage
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
Steps

- Turn potatoes on to cook. Meanwhile put bread crumbs in medium size bowl. Add celery, onion, parsley, sage. Stir this up. Melt butter.
- When potatoes are done. Drain off water. Take a fork and smash them into smaller pieces.
- Add them to the bowl. When butter is melted. Pour a little on , stir. Keep doing this till you have all the butter in .
- If you like drier ones let some of the butter out. You can also put them in the oven and toast them a little bit.
