Ingredients

  1. 2 spoon brown sugar
  2. 1 spoon vanilla essence
  3. 4 slices bread
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 cup boiled milk

Steps

  1. Remove the outer layer of bread and make it into small pieces and place it in the baking tray.  
  2. Beat the eggs, strain it and add boiled milk and vanilla essence and sugar to it.  
  3. Beat the mixture well and pour it over the layered bread.  
  4. Let the bread soak in the mixture for 15 minutes.  
  5. Microwave for 7 mins. And bread pudding is ready 😍
