√ Corn Bread Muffin Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 boxes corn muffin mix
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/3 cup whole milk
  4. 1/3 cup orange juice
  5. Splash vanilla extract
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon powder
  7. Paper muffin cups (12 or more)

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl…….  
  2. Blend all and let batter rest for about 10 minutes…..  
  3. Place paper baking cups into muffin tin, then pour batter into paper baking cups, filling only halfway……Repeat until all batter is used…..  
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake muffins for 15-20 minutes or until tops are golden…..  
  5. Remove from muffin tin, let cool for about 10 minutes, eat and enjoy 😉!!!! I like to put a pat of butter on top of mine !!! 😋
