√ Cranberry orange Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 cup flour
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 tbs baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. rind of a orange
  6. 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
  7. 2 eggs,beaten
  8. 6 tbs butter(or margarine)melted
  9. 1 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  10. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps

  1. Preheat oven 350F,line the bottom of the sides of a 9×5′ loaf pan with wax paper and grease,sift flour,sugar and baking powder,and salt into mixing bowl,stir in orange rind,make w well in the center add eggs  
  2. Orange juice and melted butter  
  3. Stir from the center until the ingredients are blended add the cranberries and walnuts,stir,  
  4. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake until a cake tester (a chopstick or barbecue stick) inserted in the center comes out clean,about 45-50 mints)  
  5. Let cool the pan and transfer to a rack to cool,  
  6.
