√ Easy Homemade Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp dry yeast
  2. 2 tbsp sugar
  3. 2 tbsp milk powder
  4. 100 ml warm water
  5. 50 ml oil
  6. 50 ml warm milk
  7. 1 egg
  8. Salt
  9. Sesame and cumin black seeds

Steps

  1. Combine yeast, sugar, dry milk and warm milk, let them activate for 10 minutes  
  2. Add the rest of ingredients and stir well  
  3. Add plain flour till you get a very sticky soft dough !  
  4. Use a wooden spoon to combine flour, stir for seconds  
  5. Pour it in a plate (with baking paper), pour bit of oil on the top of dough and adjust the surface with a poon  
  6. Brush it with eggs and sprinkle some sesame and black seeds  
  7. Let it rest in a warm place then bake it on 180 degrees !  
  8.
