√ Easy Moist Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup corn oil room temperature
  2. 2 cups all purpose flour
  3. 2 eggs room temperature
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 4 teaspoon baking powder double acting
  7. 3 ripe bananas

Steps

  1. Mix dry ingredients seperately  
  2. Peel and mash bananas well (no lumps)  
  3. Add eggs and oil to the bananas and mix together.  
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet batter.  
  5. Pour mixture into a greased bread pan.  
  6. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350. Or split into 2 loaves and cook about 45 minutes
