Ingredients

  1. Bread
  2. 1/2 cup butter
  3. 3/4 cup sugar
  4. 4 riped bananas
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  7. pinch salt
  8. 1 tsp baking soda
  9. 1 1/2 cup flour

Steps

1 hour 15 mins

  1. Preheat oven for 350°F  
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix butter and sugar together  
  3. Add eggs and ripe bananas to the mixture  
  4. Then add vanilla extract and salt to the mixture  
  5. In another bowl, mix flour and baking soda together  
  6. Make a hole in the middle of flour mixture, and pour in the banana mixture. Mix it well, but not overly mix, for maintaining moist results.  
  7. Bake for 60 mins.
