- 2 tbsp Yeast
- 1/2 cup Warm Water
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Canilla
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 6 cup Flour
- Dissolve yeast in warm water about 10 minutes, until creamy.
- Beat the yeast mixture with the eggs, pineapple juice, water, sugar, ginger, vanilla, and melted butter. Gradually add the flour until a stiff batter is formed. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide into 3 round loaves. Place on a greased cake pan and allow to rise until doubled.
- Bake at 350′ for 25-30 minutes.
