√ Healthy Homemade whole Wheat Bread Recipe

Ingredients

20 servings

  1. 1/4 tsp salt
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 300 ml water
  4. 3 cup whole wheat flour
  5. 1 tbsp dry yeast
  6. 2 tbsp honey replacer

Steps

1 hour 30 mins

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients but the yeast.  
  2. Mix the water with the honey and the yeast very well. Water must be at body temperature.  
  3. Mix all together very well and set aside for 30-45 min. Must be protected from cold.  
  4. Must be bigger now. So mix it again and put it in oven pan for another 30-45 min. Start preheating the oven.  
  5. Put in the oven at 350°F for 20-25 min.  
  6. Wait till it’s cool and taste it!
