Ingredients

  1. 1 cup butter
  2. 2 cup sugar
  3. 4 EGGS
  4. 1 cup MASHED BANANAS
  5. 4 cup SIFTED FLOUR
  6. 2 tsp BAKING POWDER
  7. 1 tsp BAKING SODA
  8. 3/4 tsp SALT
  9. 1 20 OZ. Can Crushed Pineapple
  10. 1 cup Flaked Coconut

Steps

  1. Preheat 350  
  2. Cream butter & sugar  
  3. Beat in Eggs  
  4. Stir in Bananas  
  5. Add Sifted dry ingrediants  
  6. Fold in Pineapple & Coconut  
  7. Spoon in (2) 9X5 in. greased & floured loaf pans  
  8. Bake @ 350 for 1hr. 10min.
