√ Kitchenaid Mixer Bread Recipe

Ingredients

8 servings

  1. 1 lb ground turkey
  2. 1/4 cup diced onions
  3. 1/4 cup diced pepper
  4. 1 tbsp olive oil
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1/4 cup ketchup
  7. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 4 tbsp crumble blue cheese
  10. 1 cup mixer of bread crumbs and panko

Steps

  1. Saute onions and peppers in olive oil.  
  2. In a bowl mix together ground turkey, milk, ketchup, barbecue sauce, eggs and blue cheese. Add the peppers and onions. Mix in the bread crumbs and panko.  
  3. Once blended together, put into a loaf pan. Top with barbecue sauce.  
  4. Set oven at 400°F and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes.
