√ Multi Grain Bread Recipe

Ingredients

5 servings

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 4 tbsp brown sugar
  3. 4 tbsp milk powder
  4. 1 tbsp honey
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 6 slice multi grain bread
  7. 1 tbsp butter for each bread

Steps

10 mins

  1. Mix well to form a creamy thick batter  
  2. Heat the pan on medium heat  
  3. Add butter and let it melt – DON’T BURN IT  
  4. Dip the bread into the batter and add to the pan  
  5. Flip once the bread is golden brown  
  6. For French toast with a twist add pistachios after dipping the bread in the batter
