  3. 1 cup rye flour
  4. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  5. 1/2 cup oat bran
  6. 2 tbsp sugar
  7. 1 tbsp dry milk
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 3 tbsp butter
  10. liquids
  11. 3/4 cup plain kefir + 1 egg
  12. 1/2 cup milk
  13. yeast dispenser
  14. 2 tsp bread machine yeast

Steps

4 hours 10 mins

  1. Put all the dry ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed  
  2. Add liquids  
  3. Put yeast in the yeast dispenser  
  4. Set bread machine for small loaf light crust
