√ Pizza Bread Roll Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 4 cups flour
  2. 10g yeast
  3. 1 tspn Salt
  4. 5 tspn Sugar
  5. Cup warm water
  6. 2 tablespoons butter

Steps

  1. Mix all dry ingredients – flour, yeast, salt, sugar Make a wheel and add warm water as you mix until it binds together and knead for 15-20 minutes (between your kneading add 2 tablespoons of butter and knead well).  
  2. Cover with a kitchen towel and leave on a warm area. After 30minutes check if it doubles in size and knead a little to take out the air and brush your pan with butter or spray and make your rolls or bread and leave it for 15minutes so that it can rise again and bake for 15-20 minutes on preheated oven 200°.
