Ingredients

8-10 servings

1. Meatloaf————
2. 1-1/4 pound ground pork
3. 1-1/4 pound ground sirloin
4. 2 slices bread
5. 1/2 cup evaporated milk
6. 1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
7. 2 large eggs
8. 1 teaspoon onion powder
9. 1/2 cup crushed crackers
10. 2/3 teaspoon salt
11. 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
12. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
13. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley flakes
14. 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
15. Sauce———-
16. 1 cup barbecue sauce I used King Hawaiian Pineapple Barbecue
17. Bath————-
18. 1/2 cup boiling water

Steps

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Boil water.  
2. Mix the spices  
3. Break the bread into pieces and soak in milk. Let it soak for as long as it takes to mix the meatloaf ingredients.  
4. Mix the meat, crackercrumbs, eggs, crackers, and spices.  
5. Add the soaked broken bread.  
6. Mix well.  
7. Form a loaf  
8. Dent the top with a wooden spoon. If you are not familiar with the dent it’s just like trough.  
9. The King Hawaiian Pineapple Barbecue Sauce  
10. Coat the top with the sauce.  
11. Fill the dent with the rest of the barbecue sauce.  
12. Take and put the loaf pan into a pan add the boiling water to the pan around the loaf pan.  
13. Bake in oven for 1-1/4 hours to 1-1/2 hours  
14. Let rest for 10 minutes.  
15. Cut the loaf into desired portions.  
16. Serve I hope you enjoy!
