√ Pumpkin Bread Recipe with Real Pumpkin

Ingredients

  1. 2 3/4 cups sugar
  2. 1 cup Crisco
  3. 3 Large Eggs
  4. 2 Cups canned Pumpkin
  5. 3 3/4 cups flour
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 tsp baking soda
  8. 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  9. 1 tsp ground cloves
  10. 1 tsp all spice
  11. 1 tsp cinnamon
  12. 1 tsp salt
  13. 1 dash vanilla or butterscotch
  14. optional 1 cup white chocolate chips

Steps

  1. Preheat oven 325° F  
  2. Grease and Flour two large bread pans or three medium.  
  3. Cream sugar and Crisco.  
  4. Add eggs.  
  5. Add pumpkin.  
  6. Stir in all dry ingredients.  
  7. Add vanilla stir well.  
  8. Optional add white chocolate chips.  
  9. Pour even amounts into pan.  
  10. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.  
  11. Enjoy
