√ Raisin Bread Recipe for Bread Machine

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 3 tbsp butter/margarine
  3. 1 egg
  4. 3 tbsp liquid honey
  5. 1 tbsp brown sugar
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  8. 3 cup all-purpose flour
  9. 2 1/4 tsp bread yeast
  10. 1 cup raisins

Steps

  1. Add ingredients in order as listed.  
  2. Set bread machine to Sweet Dough or Regular.  
  3. Add raisins after the beep usually 1 1/2 into the cycle. I take the dough out and manually kneed on a lightly floured surface and then sprinkle the raisins and kneed. Form back into a ball and put back into the machine for the rest of the process.
