√ Recipe for Naan Bread

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  2. 1/4 Cup Whisked Yogurt
  3. 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  6. Water as required
  7. Paneer Curry
  8. 1 Onion Chopped
  9. 1 Pack Paneer
  10. 2 Tomato Chopped
  11. 4 Clove Ginger
  12. 1 Inch Ginger
  13. 1/2 Tsp Cumin seed
  14. 2 tbsp Butter and oil
  15. 1 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  16. 7 Cashews
  17. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  18. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  19. to taste Salt
  20. 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  21. 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  22. Fresh Cream
  23. 1 tsp Dry Kasuri Methi
  24. Leaves Coriander
  25. 1 Capsicum

Steps

  1. In a pan add some oil add one onion chopped sauté till soft add ginger garlic chopped two Tomatoes cook till soft along with some cashews. Add turmeric,chilli powder,coriander powder and sauté for while and cook them completely and grind to paste. Meanwhile sauté capsicum and keep aside and paneer.  
  2. In a pan add butter and some oil once hot add cumin seed, add one Tsp chilli powder and sauté and add the paste quickly and cook for while add water half cup. then add garam masala and cumin powder and Dry Kasuri methi cook for while,add salt to taste.  
  3. Once done add the capsicum and paneer and cook for while you can adjust the water but don’t make too watery. Last add some cream and cook and garnish with some coriander leaves.
