√ Recipes for Banana Bread Pudding

Ingredients

6 servings

  1. 325 g bread, diced
  2. 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  3. 1 tbsp sugar
  4. 3 eggs, beaten
  5. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  6. 250 ml milk
  7. 1 tbsp yoghurt
  8. 1 tsp cinnamon
  9. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  10. 100 g raisins

Steps

60min

  1. On a cutting board, cut the bread into small cubes. Place onto a tray and bake at 175°C for 5 minutes to help dry the bread out.  
  2. Mash the bananas, with a spoon of sugar.  
  3. Add the beaten eggs, milk, yoghurt, cinnamon, raisins, sesame seeds and vanilla extract.  
  4. Mix in the bread with the banana mixture and allow to sit for 10min.  
  5. Place in a paper lined loaf tin. Pop in the oven for 60 minutes.
