- 2 red peppers
- 1/2 onion
- 2 fresh tomato
- 1 french brie
- 2 slice white bread
- 2 pinch parsley, oregano, salt & pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- finely chop your onion & place in a blender/food processor
- De seed your tomato & chop finely also add to blender/food processor
- add bread & brie to the blender/food processor. add all the herbs & spices. blend until soft consistancy.
- cut the top off the peppers, scoop out the seeds. stuff with the mixture. place in a pre heated oven (gas mark 6) for 16 minutes.
- this stuffing mix works great with potabella mushrooms.
