√ Stuffed French Bread Recipe

Ingredients

2 servings

  1. 2 red peppers
  2. 1/2 onion
  3. 2 fresh tomato
  4. 1 french brie
  5. 2 slice white bread
  6. 2 pinch parsley, oregano, salt & pepper
  7. 2 garlic cloves

Steps

30 mins

  1. finely chop your onion & place in a blender/food processor  
  2. De seed your tomato & chop finely also add to blender/food processor  
  3. add bread & brie to the blender/food processor. add all the herbs & spices. blend until soft consistancy.  
  4. cut the top off the peppers, scoop out the seeds. stuff with the mixture. place in a pre heated oven (gas mark 6) for 16 minutes.  
  5. this stuffing mix works great with potabella mushrooms.
