√ Zucchini Bread Recipe Easy

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 3 eggs beaten
  5. 1 cup oil
  6. 2 cups sugar
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  8. 3 square unsweetened chocolate melted
  9. 1 cup chopped nuts(I used walnuts)
  10. 2 cups grated zucchini

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.  
  2. Grease and flour or spray 2 8×4 bread pans or this makes 2 1/2 dozen cupcakes.  
  3. Mix flour,baking powder,and salt.  
  4. Add eggs,oil,sugar,vanilla and chocolate. Mix well.  
  5. Fold in zucchini and nuts. Batter is stiff and thick like a brownie mix.  
  6. Divide batter between pans.  
  7. Bake 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers. Freezes well.
